A haiku for You!

Here, right now, in time—
make me a pure presence, Lord,
faithful to You alone.

(Because I love poetry, especially haikus, I have decided that I need to start writing them more. I took a poetry writing class last spring, and I honestly haven't written any poetry since then. I miss it; therefore, I need to provoke my creativity.

I wrote this haiku in response to the chapel service today, as well as my prayer time afterwards.)
