Day 3: Favorite Quote

"I need Africa more than Africa needs me."

I came across this quote sometime toward the end of my college career. When I first read these words, they resonated with my heart more than I could comprehend and explain.

Africa is always on my heart, always in my thoughts, always in my sight. It is almost an obsession. Africa is always calling me.

Like this quote says, Africa does not need me. Africa does not need anyone. The continent is full of richness, potential, youth and wisdom.

It is me who needs Africa.
